Doppelherz Magnesium & Potassium Citrate Granulate from Doppelherz contains the two minerals magnesium and potassium in citrate form. Citrates are the organic compounds of these minerals. Magnesium and potassium work closely together in many metabolic processes in the body. The body's good supply of potassium benefits when the supply of magnesium is good at the same time, because magnesium is necessary for the transport of potassium into the cells.
