    In addition to the important omega-3 fatty acids, the liquid food supplement from Doppelherz also contains vitamins A, B, C, D and E. Since our body is unable to produce vitamins itself, we have to eat them through a balanced and healthy diet take in daily.

    Vitamin A  contributes to the maintenance of normal visual function.

    Vitamin D  plays a role in the utilization of calcium and, like vitamin C, supports the normal function of the immune system.

    Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

    All of the B vitamins it contains perform tasks in normal energy metabolism. 

    Vitamin B12     also contributes to normal blood formation. Vitamin B2 contributes to the normal maintenance of red blood cells.

    Doppelherz Family Omega-3 Liquid provides the important omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA as well as important vitamins to meet the supply of these nutrients or an increased need. 

  • Children from 4 to 7 years consume 15 ml (1/2 measuring cup) daily.
    Children over 7 years, adolescents and adults consume 30 ml daily (1 measuring cup).
