Abtei Japanese Medicinal Herbal Oil is suitable for ingestion, inhalation and rubbing in. Whether for colds, gastrointestinal complaints or flatulence - Japanese mint oil offers a wide range of uses. It also helps with muscle pain, nerve pain and similar complaints by gently rubbing in. The mint oil can be taken orally for stomach and intestinal problems.

Unless otherwise prescribed, 2 drops of Abbey Japanese Medicinal Plant Oil are taken 1 to 3 times a day on sugar or in a glass of warm water.
For inhalation, 3 to 4 drops of Abbey Japanese Medicinal Plant Oil are added to hot water.
When used externally, a few drops of Abbey Japanese Medicinal Plant Oil are rubbed into the affected areas of the skin.
Consultation with a doctor is recommended for acute complaints that last longer than a week or recur periodically.
Hints
In infants and toddlers under 2 years of age, mint oil should not be used for inhalation or rubbing around the upper body and face, especially the nose. -
